Not so sure about this Generation Y/Z thing though ... can we come up with something more compelling: http://www.mccrindle.com.au/Generation Z (IMO) is the first generation to go through their adolescence online: to literally have constructed and reinvented themselves publicly many times before they turn 18. Can you imagine posting a status update on facebook to 500+ people?
